Thrilled to receive the new Hugh Fearnley River Cottage Everday Cook book for Christmas which encourages us all to source locally and eat seasonably, hurrah for that but whilst reading the publication notes inside I was shocked to discover the book itself had been printed in Italy! - errr, hello!
