I have developed a bit of a habit of staring at people in cars when I sit in the passenger seat. I came to work with the ladyfriend driving this morning and there I was, at it again. There is a long traffic parade on the way and with each car I have a good look.
There were those ladies who fill their cars with soft toys, big burly manual workers (I like these when they wear lots of layers - shirts over jumpers ) There were the office boys in flash cars who can't raise an eyebrow let alone a shovel and those peculiar people who always make me wonder "What do they do?"
Perhaps they were radiographers. On the radio today it was a radiographers birthday and it always makes me wonder as I don't know any radiographers. It made me think of her with her white coat at work, standing in a protected area with a birthday badge on. I don't suppose it would cheer up the patients to know it was her birthday but it might offer a distraction.
